    This matter comes before the Board on complainant’s October
    29, 1993 motion for extension of time to file a response to
    respondent’s motion to dismiss and strike certain counts and
    allegations contained in the complaint. No response has been
    filed on behalf of respondent. Complainant states that it needs
    21 days to provide a thorough briefing of the issues.
    The Board grants the motion for extension of time.
    Complainant shall file its response no later than November 22,
    1993.
