    ORDER OF THE BOARD (C.A. Manning):
    This matter is before the Board pursuant to a motion for
    extension of time in which to submit a response filed by the
    complainant, Robert Miehle. On September 20, 1993, complainant
    filed a request that he be granted an additional 10 days in which
    to respond to Chicago Bridge and Iron Company’s (CBI) motion to
    dismiss currently pending before the Board. Paragraph 8 indicates
    that CBI has no objection to the request for additional time.
    Accordingly, the Board hereby grants complainant an additional
    10 days in which to file a response. Robert Miehle is directed to
    file his response on or before October 2, 1993.
