    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R. C. Fleinal):
This matter is before the Board on petitioner HACO, Inc.’s
    motion for leave to file
    instanter
a motion for extension of time
in which to file brief and that motion, labeled as the third
motion for extension of time. Both motions were filed with the
Board on December 1, 1993. Also included with those motions was
a waiver of the decision deadline in this case. However, that
waiver was superseded by a later December 1, 1993 filing, which
specifically waives the Board’s decision deadline to January 20,
    1994.
HACO’s motion for leave to file
    instanter
    its motion for
extension of time is granted. The motion for extension seeks an
extension of time until December 1, 1993 to file HACO’s brief,
stating that its attorney was unable to complete the brief as a
result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.’ HACO
states that counsel for respondent the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency has no objection to the requested extension.
The Board grants HACO’s motion for extension of time, to
December 1, 1993, to file its brief. We note, however, that we
have not yet received that brief.
    IT
    IS SO ORDERED.
    M. Nardulli abstained.
The motion for extension states that HACO filed a prior
motion for extension of time, seeking an extension until November
21, 1993. A copy of that prior motion is attached as Exhibit A
to the instant motion. However, the Board notes that we never
received that motion, and thus, that it was never officially
    filed.
