    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter is before the Board on a motion for extension of
    time filed August 27, 1993 by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency). The Agency is requesting an
    extension of time in which to file its recommendation until
    October 27, 1993. On September 2, 1993, petitioner filed a
    response indicating it had no objection to the Board’s granting
    of the instant motion. The motion is hereby granted. The Agency
    is directed to file its recommendation in this cause on or before
    October 27, 1993.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
