    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E. Dunham):
    On
    February 7, 1994, ENRO Marketing Company (ENRO) filed a
    status report. The status report indicates that negotiations
    between ENRO and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) have not resulted in an agreement concerning the issues
    involved in this appeal. EMRO notes that it intends to file a
    motion for summary judgment. ENRO further notes that it does not
    intend to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline.
    The current decision deadline in this matter is June 16,
    1994. A hearing in this matter is presently scheduled for April
    12, 1994.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
