    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C. A. Manning):
    On October 7, 1993, Petitioner, M.S. Carver Lumber Company
    (Carver), filed a motion to dismiss its petition for review of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s decision denying
    certain costs connected with an underground storage tank fund
    reimbursement request. Carver states that the parties have reached
    an agreement on all issues raised in its petition thereby making
    them moot. The motion is granted and this matter is dismissed.
