HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 26, 2007, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The relevant hearing in Lawrence County Circuit
Court has been pushed back until March 23, 2007, at which time petitioner and the Illinois
Attorney General hope to present the final consent decree. When the consent decree is filed in
circuit court, petitioner will dismiss this appeal.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 30, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
