    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    This matter comes before the Board on a joint status report
    filed by the parties on November 15, 1993. The parties state
    that they need an additional 30 days to address remaining issues
    involving this permit appeal and a new permit application, and
    ask that the Board set a new status date for submittal of
    additional status reports within 30 days.
    The parties shall submit status reports to be received by
    the Board and hearing officer no later than December 16, 1993.
