    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    This matter comes before the Board on the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) April 14, 1993 motion
    to file the Agency record instanter. The record was due to be
    filed by March 23, 1993. However, the Agency states that due to
    the extensive length of the documents that comprise the record,
    the Agency was unable to file the record until this time.
    The motion to file the record instanter is hereby granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
