ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G. T. Girard):

On August 23, 1993, the Grigoleit Company filed this

petition asking the Board to review a determination by the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) that certain

documents were privileged. Grigoleit had requested documents

from the Agency under the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS

140/7)

Grigoleit has cited no authority which would persuade the

Board that the Board may review a determination by the Agency

under the Freedom of Information Act. Therefore, the Board

dismisses this petition.
