    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    On October 26, 1993, Marsco Mfg. Company (Marsco) filed a
    status report. Marsco reports that it is continuing negotiations
    with the Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) concerning the
    denial of an operating permit. Narsco has appealed the Agency’s
    denial of the permit. (See Marsco v. IEPA (July 22, 1993), PCB
    93—132.) It is anticipated that the negotiations will be
    complete within 45 days. Upon the completion of the
    negotiations, the parties may revise the proposed settlement
    agreement.
    Pursuant to the parties request, the Board will continue to
    postpone consideration of the stipulation and proposal for
    settlement until the completion of negotiations between the
    parties. The Board directs Marsco to file an additional status
    report with the Board by January 3, 1994.
