    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    This matter comes before the Board on a “Motion to Postpone
    Board Decision” filed by Marsco Nfg. Company (Marsco) on August
    11, 1993. Marsco requests the Board to postpone consideration on
    the Stipulation and Proposal for Settlement filed on June 17,
    1993. Marsco notes that the parties are negotiating outstanding
    issues related to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
    denial of an operating permit. Narsco has appealed the permit
    denial. (See Marsco
    V.
    IEPA (July 22, 1993), PCB 93—132.) Marsco
    anticipates that these issues should be resolved within 60 days
    and that the parties will file amendments to the stipulation and
    proposal for settlement.
    The Board grants the motion to postpone consideration on the
    stipulation and proposal for settlement for a period of 60 days
    from today. The Board anticipates that any additional filings in
    this matter will be received by the Board no later than October
    25, 1993.
