    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
On September 16, 1993, petitioner moved to dismiss its
appeal as moot. The motion recites that petitioner filed this
cause due to a March 8, 1993, Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency (“Agency”) letter stated that petitioner’s 15,000 gallon
tank located at the Joliet Park District Airport, 4000 West
Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, was ineligible for UST Fund
reimbursement. The basis for this determination was that the
tank was not in operation at any time since January 1, 1974.
Joliet states that since the filing of this cause, OSFM has
registered the tank. Because of this, the Agency has determined
the tank to be eligible for reimbursement, as evidenced by its
    September 8, 1993, letter (Exhibit A).
The motion is granted. This matter is dismissed as moot and
    the docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
