    On July 11, 1994, Freedom Oil Company (“Freedom”) filed a
    motion for reconsideration to which the Complainant, the People
    of the State of Illinois, responded on July 20, 1994. In its
    motion, Freedom states that it filed its petition for review of
    this matter in the Appellate Court on June 9, 1994.’ (Page 2 of
    Freedom’s motion and attachments.) The motion for
    reconsideration is denied.
