    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E. Dunham):
On April 12, 1993, complainants filed a status report in
response to the Board’s order of March 31, 1994. On April 18,
1994, respondent filed its status report. The status reports
state that in the fall of 1993 the parties agreed to postpone
testing as the air-conditioning season had ended. The parties
intend to resume testing as weather dictates.
The Board observes that neither party included a proof of
service with their status reports. Therefore, the Board is
unable to tell if the status reports were properly served on the
opposing party or the hearing officer. The Board reminds the
parties that all filings should be accompanied by a proof of
service and the hearing officer is to be served a copy of all
filings. (See 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.143 and Appendix E of part
    101.)
The parties are ordered to file status reports with the
Board on or before August 15, 1994.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy N. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, do hereby ce~tifyt~iatthe above order was adopted on the
