    This matter is before the Board on a motion to dismiss filed
    July 1, 1994.’ Respondent Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency has not filed a response to the motion. In the motion,
    petitioner Pekin Metro Landfill indicates that the parties have
    entered into a consent order which fully resolves the issues in
    this appeal. The motion is hereby granted and this matter is
    dismissed.
