ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
This matter is before the Board on the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) November 30, 1992
motion to extend time to file its record. The motion and
accompanying affidavit state that the record is currently due on
December 7, 1992, that the Agency is unable to file the record by
that date, and that the attorney for petitioner Central Can
Company agrees to the request for extension of time. Thus, the
Agency asks that the date for filing the record be extended to
January 21, 1993.
The Board notes that Central Can has submitted a 45-day
waiver of the decision deadline, so that a decision in this case
is now due on April 23, 1993. The Agency’s motion for extension
of time is granted, and the record is due on January 21, 1993.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
