    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    This matter comes before the Board on an April 2, 1992 motion
    filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) to
    exter~dthe time in which respondent may file its record to May 1,
    1992. Petitioner has agreed to extend the deadline for filing the
    record by 14 days until April 15, 1992. The Board notes that this
    case is due for decisLon on July 15, 1992; grant of the full
    extension requested by the Agency would unacceptably reduce the
    Board’s time for hearing and deliberation of this matter. The
    Agency’s motion to extend the time in which to file its record is
    hereby granted until April 15, 1992. If the petitioner chooses to
    waive the Board’s decision deadline for a suitable period, the
    Hearing Officer is authorized to further extend the time for the
    filing of the Agency’s record.
