ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
This matter comes before the Board on a March 3, 1993 motion
by Biltmore Country Club to file its answer and affirmative
defenses instanter. The answer was due to be filed on March 1,
1993. In its motion, respondent states that attempts to contact
complainants regarding settlement and the filing of its answer
did not yield a response until March 2, 1993. Respondent reports
that complainants do not object to the filing of the answer and
affirmative defenses instanter.
The Board hereby grants respondent’s motion to file its
answer and affirmative defenses instanter.
