This matter comes before the Board on a February 16, 1993

joint motion for extension of time to file an answer to the

complaint. The parties state that additional time is needed to

pursue settlement negotiations.

The joint motion of the parties is hereby granted. The

respondent’s answer to the complaint is now due on or before

March 1, 1993.

The Board notes that the above motion was not served on the

hearing officer. All future filings in this matter should be

served on the hearing officer as well as the Board and parties.
