    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G. T. Girard):
    On May 17, 1993, the Board received a joint status report in
    this proceeding. The report indicates that the petitioner has
    been in the process of performing additional groundwater sampling
    and turning the results over to the respondent. The parties
    request that no hearing be scheduled at this time as the parties
    are negotiating and believe a settlement of all issues is
    possible.
    The Board accepts this status report and directs the parties
    to file an additional status report with the Board on or before
    August 20, 1993.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
