    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.C. Marlin):
    On August 3, 1992 the Agency filed a motion for extension of
    time in which to file its record, which was due to be filed July
    27, 1992. The Agency states that it did not receive notice of the
    petition until July 28, and that the parties have~schedu1ed a
    conference call for August 3 in which to discuss possible
    resolution of the case. The Agency seeks an extension through
    ~ugust 31, 1992. Shell agreed with the Agency’s request, and
    waived the Board’s decision deadline in a separate filing on August
    3,~1992.
    The Agency’s motion is hereby granted. The record is due to
    be filed on or before August 31, 1992.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
