    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by

    This matter is before the Board on respondent Macon County
    Board’s (MCB) December 10, 1991 motion for extension of time to
    file the county record in this case. The record was originally due
    on December 12, 1991. NCB states that counsel for petitioner has
    no objection to the requested extension.
    MCB’s motion for extension of time is granted. The motion
    contains two different dates to which the extension is requested:
    either December 30, 199~1. or January 6, 1992. The Board is unable
    to determine which date MCB actually requests. However, since the
    county record was filed on December 18, 1991, it is only necessary
    to extend the deadline until December 18, 1991.
