parties to tile an

updated status report on or before September 15, 1992. The

updated report was to contain an estimated date for the

conclusion of this matter.

As of this date, the Board has not received a status report

from either party. Therefore, the Board directs the parties to

file such a report no later than January 15, 1993, or this matter

will be. set for hearing.
