    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On April 25, 1991, the Board sought additional information
    about the filing of certain exhibits in the record in this
    proceeding. Monsanto and the Agency responded on May 16, 1991.
    The Agency filing included revised versions of Exhibits 1, 2, and
    13 which do comport with the Board’s filing requirements. The
    Board will maintain the claimed material as confidential until
    further order of the Board. The Agency request to return the
    improperly expunged versions of Exhibits 1, 2, and 13 is granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
