ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. C. Marlin):
On November 28, 1990, the Respondent filed a motion
requesting a continuance to respond or otherwise plead. The
Respondent indicated that it had not had sufficient time to
prepare a formal response or motion to dismiss and indicated that
another 21 days would be sufficient time to respond. The Board
grants this motion and directs the Respondent to file the proper
motions to be received by the Board no later than December 19,
1990.
The Board notes that the seven day period to respond to this
motion has not run. However, the Board finds that undue delay
would result if it does not rule on the motion today.
