    The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency filed a
    rulemaking proposal on October 13, 1995, which has been docketed
    as R96—1, In the Matter of: Listing of Federal Hazardous Air
    Pollutants. Great Lakes Commission Toxic Compounds and Great
    Waters Program Toxic Compounds, and Source Reporting for Illinois
    Toxic Air Contaminants: Amendments to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 232.
    Pursuant to today’s order of the Board in R96-4, in which we
    incorporate this record into that proceeding, we dismiss this
    docket.
