ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R. C. Flemal):
On May 25, 1990, the People of the State of Illinois
(“People”), by and through the Attorney General of the State of
Illinois, filed a complaint against

(“Respondent”). Attached to said complaint was a “Certificate of
Service”, stating that the Assistant Attorney General in the case
“caused to be mailed, this 25th day of May, 1990, the foregoing
Complaint and Notice of Filing
. . .“.
Section 103.123 of the
Board’s procedural rules requires that proof of service shall be
made “by properly executed registered or certified mail
receipt.” At this time no proof of service has been filed with
the Board. Therefore, the Board directs the People to file such
proof to be received by the Board no later than November 6, 1990
or the Board will consider dismissing this case for want of
jurisdiction.
