    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Anderson):
    On October 31, 1990, Industrial Fuels and Resources/
    Illinois, Inc. filed a motion for reconsideration of the Boardts
    September 27, 1990, Opinion and Order, which upheld the City of
    Harveys denial of siting pursuant to what is commonly called an
    “SB172” siting proceeding. The issues raised by the motion were
    either already considered by the Board or do not persuade the
    Board to reconsider its action. Therefore, the motion to
    reconsider is denied.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
