ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N. Nardulli):

This matter comes before the Board on a Motion for Extension

of Time filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency

(Agency) on November 22, 1989. By this motion the Agency seeks to

extend the due date for filing its Variance Recommendation to and

including January 15, 1990. The Agency seeks the extension so that

it may receive and review the City of Ninonk’s CDAP grant as that

funding relates to the City’s compliance plan. The Agency’s motion

is hereby granted.
