This matter comes before the Board on November 27, 1989

motion to withdraw complaint and dismiss action filed by the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). In support of

its motion the Agency states an environmentally satisfactory

solution to the pollution problems has been negotiated. The

Agency’s motion to withdraw is hereby granted and this matter is

dismissed.
