ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):

This matter is before the Board on Testor Corporation’s July

13, 1989 motion to accept late filing. Testor’s post—hearing

brief was submitted to the Board after 4:30 p.m. on July 12,

1989, the day the brief was due. Pursuant to the Board’s new

procedural rules, effective July 10, 1989, filings submitted

after 4:30 p.m. will be date—stamped the following day; thus,

Testor’s brief is date—stamped July 13, 1989. Testor asks that

the Board accept the brief one day late, and states that no

prejudice will result from the late filing. Testor’s motion is

granted.
