    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    This matter is before the Board on a September 11, 1989 motion
    by ESR/Anden Corporation and Town and Country Homes. The inovants
    seek to have ESR/Anden dismissed as a party to this proceeding and
    to substitute Town and Country Homes as a party defendant.
    Complainant the Village of Kildeer. has filed no objection to the
    motion. Novants state that ESR/Anden sold its interest in the
    property at issue on May 1, 1989, and that Town and Country is the
    successor in interest to ESR/Anden and has succeeded to all its
    interest in the permit issued to ESR/Anden by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency on September
    21,
    1987. Town and
    Country consents to the requested substitution, and its attorneys
    have filed an appearance in this proceeding. The motion is
    granted. ESR/Anden is hereby dismissed as a party to this
    proceeding, and Town and Country is substituted as a party
    defendant. The caption of this proceeding shall be changed to
    reflect this dismissal and substitution in all future filings and
    Board orders.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
