ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
On September 12, 1988, the Village of Sugar Grove filed a
petition for variance. That petition is deficient in that it
fails:
to explain why five years are necessary to
implement the compliance option of blending.
Specifically, the petition fails to explain
why construction of the watermains, storage
tank and booster pump described in paragraph
2(f) could not be completed in 1989.
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days of the
date of this Order, curing the above—noted defect, this matter
will be subject to dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
