ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
On August 29, 1988, the Village of Plainfield (Village)
requested of the Board leave to file only three copies of its
lengthy Exhibits D and H with its variance petition. The motion
is granted.
On page 10, paragraph 16, of the Petition, which was filed
August 23, 1988, the Village also requests incorporation of the
record as well as the Board’s Opinion and Order in PCB 87—9 into
the instant petition. The Board notes that the instant variance
petition includes, as Exhibits A and B, the PCB 87—9 Opinion and
Order, and PCB 87—9 variance petition respectively. The
Petitioner is hereby ordered either to file any other portions of
the PCB 87—9 record it wishes to have incorporated or file a
notification to the Board that it does not request incorporation
of the record beyond that already filed. Such filing shall be
made no later than September 19, 1988 or this variance petition
will be subject to dismissal.
