    Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon receipt of
Petitioner’s Petition For Variance dated August 22, 1988.
35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.121, Contents Of Variance Petitions,
sets forth the data requirements to be included in a request for
variance. The current Petition is insufficient insofar as it
fails to include an identifiable compliance plan 104.121(f) and
fails to either request or waive a hearing on the merits of the
    petition 104.1241.
Because the current filing is incomplete, it cannot be
accepted. Petitioner is ordered to file an Amended Petition,
curing the above—noted defects. If the Board does not receive an
amended petition curing the above—noted defects within 45 days of
the date of this order, this matter is subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
