ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Anderson):
On May 11, 1988, the Village filed a letter requesting
additional time to file an amended petition in response to the
P~gency’sMay 4, 1988 Recommendation, noting that earlier
pleadings had been filed without consultation of an attorney and
that the Village
“is now using
its attorney”. The Village is
also now requesting a hearing.
The hearing request is an amendment to the original petition
which restarts the Board’s timeclock for decision. The Board
hereby grants the Village leave to file an additional amendment
on or before June 20, noting that this additional amendment will
also restart the timeclock. Hearing on this matter is
authorized, but will not be scheduled until the Board receives
the June amended petition.
