    On February 2, 1988, Monsanto Company field a Petition for
    Alternative Emission Standard for Sulfur Dioxide. On July 1,
    1988, Monsanto filed a Motion for Voluntary Dismissal without
    prejudice. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency does not
    object to the motion.
    The motion is granted and this matter is dismissed.
