ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Durnelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon Petitioner’s January
5, 1988 filing of a document which appears to be a Petition For
Variance. The document is uncaptioned, untitled and incomplete.
Petitioner is hereby ordered to clarify its status.
Petitioner shall identify the nature of this action, by filing
documents in proper format. ~If this action is, in fact, a
Petition For Variance, Petitioner should be advised that 35 Ill.
Mm. Code Section 104.121 sets forth the contents of such a
petition. A copy of 35 Ill. Mm. Code 104.102 et. seq. is
available through the Clerks Office, during business hours.
If Petitioner fails to file the above required document
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this action shall be
subject to dismissal.
