ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
On December 3, 1987, the Board ordered Monsanto to file an
amended petition. On January 1, Monsanto filed an amended
petition accompanied by motions requesting 1) scheduling of
hearing, 2) appointment of a hearing officer, 3) segregation of
documents and 4) holding of a hearing partly in camera. The
Board grants the motions for hearing and appointment of hearing
officer. The remaining motions are referred to the hearing
officer for disposition.
