    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    Petitioner seeks a 30—day extension of the ninety (90) day
    maximum holding period for on—site accumulation of hazardous
    waste by means of a provisional variance pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm.
    Code Section 722.134(b) and Section 37 of the Environmental
    Protection Act. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has
    found that compliance with Section 722.134(b) would impose an
    arbitrary or unreasonable hardship and recommends tnat Petitioner
    be granted a 30—day provisional variance. The Board hereby
    grants Petitioner a 30—day provisional variance pursuant to
    Section 722.134(a) from November 30, 1987 to December 30, 1987.
