ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon Petitioner~s
Petition for Variance, filed November 30, 1987. The Petition is
deficient in several respects: failure to include a compliance
plan; failure to specify the exact dates of the variance;
failure to identify past efforts of compliance; failure to allege
facts justifying the variance. There are other deficiencies in
addition to those listed above. Petitioner is referred to 35
Ill,. Adm. Code Section 104.121 for a list of the requirements in
a petition for variance.
Accordingly, this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
Petitioner may file a new petition curing the above—noted
deficiencies.
