    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On December 18, 1989, the Board received a Corrected Order
    from the hearing officer in which the parties in this matter were
    given 14 days to respond to why this matter should not be
    dismissed for want of prosecution. On January 8, 1990, the
    hearing officer informed the Board that no response has been
    received. Therefore, the Board, on its own motion, will dismiss
    this matter for want of prosecution. This matter is dismissed.
