    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    This matter comes before the Board upon the June 16, 1987,
    filing of an Appearance by A.R.F. Landfill Corporation (A.R.F),
    by its attorneys, Martin, Craig, Chester & Sonnenschein. The
    Board does not understand the purpose of A.R.F.’s Appearance.
    Therefore, the Board requests A.R.F. to inform the Board as to
    (1) its purpose in appearing, and (2) the authority of the Board
    to permit it to appear in this proceeding.
    A.R.F. is requested to respond to this order on or before
    July 10, 1987.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
