    Petitioner seek 30—day extension of the ninety (90) day
    maximum holding period for on—site accumulation of hazardous
    waste by means of a provisional variance pursuant to 35 1111. Adm.
    Code 722i.134(b)i. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    has found that compliance with Section 722..134 would impose an
    arbitrary or unreasonable hardship on petitioner and recommends
    that petitioner be granted provisional variance1. The Board
    hereby grants petitioner a 30—day provisional variance pursuant
    to Section 722i.134(b) from May 4, 1987 to June 3, 19871.
