ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
June 30, 1988
IN THE MATTER OF:
)
VILLAGE OF RANTOUL,
) AC 87-100
IEPA No. 8577—AC
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
Hearing was held in this matter on April 20, 1988. At the
close of hearing, a briefing schedule was set which required the
Agency to file its brief within 30 days, and the Village to file
its brief 14 days thereafter.
On June 23, the Agency filed its brief with a motion for
leave to file instanter. The motion recited that the 30—odd day
delay was attributable to redecoration of counsel’s office
building, which caused him to vacate his office, coupled with a
heavy workload.
The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion for leave to
file instanter. Additionally, the Board on its own motion will
grant the Village an extension of time in which to file its
brief, which shall now be due on or before July 20, 1988.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy N. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certif~ that the above Order was adopted on
the 3~2~t~day of
