    This matter comes before the Board upon a September 9, 1987,
    Request for Extension of Time to File Seconá Amendeã Petition
    filed by tne Petitioner, Mt. Vernon Association, Inc., (Mt.
    Vernon). Mt. Vernon requests an additional thirty (30) days in
    which to file the amended petition. The Board construes this
    request as including a thirty (30) day waiver of the deadline for
    decision on the original petition. It this construction is
    incorrect, Mt. Vernon is instructed to notify the Board as soon
    as possible. Mt. Vernon’s request is hereby granted. Mr. Vernon
    is granted leave to file its amended petition to and including
    October 1, 1987.
