ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):

This enforcement action was filed by Ms. Thompson on

February 20, 1987. Subsequently, on March 5, 1987, Ms. Thompson

indicated by letter that she wished to change her formal

complaint to an informal complaint. Accordingly, she moved the

Board to dismiss her formal complaint without prejudice to

reinstate. That motion is hereby granted and the proceeding is

dismissed without prejudice.
