ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
On November 12, 1986, the North Suburban Public Utility
Company filed a Petition for Variance, seeking relief from
standards of issuance for new permits and from restricted status
as it pertains to limitations on combined Radium 226 and 228.
That petition is deficient in that it fails to provide:
Additional information on past levels of
radium sampling and analysis or a statement
that no additional data exists.
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days curing
the above—noted~defect, this matter will be subject to dismissal.
