ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon an October 5, 1986
petition for variance filed on behalf of the General Motors
Corporation. In that petition the only compliance plan indicated
is the proposed filing of a petition for site—specific relief.
That does not constitute an acceptable compliance plan, and the
petition is, therefore, deficient in that regard.
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days of the
date of this Order, the petition will be subject to dismissal.
